Tripping-Penguin is a community that was designed for fellow poker enthusiasts.  Tripping-Penguin allows users to advertise their local tournaments online for free.  The tournaments can be open to the public, or they can be private.  After the completion of the tournament the creator of the tournament can choose to log on and enter the outcome of the tournament.  Users will then be assigned points based on the place they finish in.  You will be able to find who the highest ranked person in your town, county or state and challenge them to a tournament.

Tripping-Penguin is not only for scheduling and locating local tournaments.  You will also be able to chat through message boards, send fellow friends messages and have your own personal blog.
